The non stick is actually non stick. I have had no issues with that. You can use both wood and metal spatulas with these pans which is nice. They heat evenly and quickly and through and through just great a great set of pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this cookware. Cooking is such a breeze no spray needed. Love the gold handles adds a touch of class. Clean up is super easy as well just wipe off with a sponge. Cooking can't get any easier. I washed these pots by hand.

Have had these for about a year and a half, I normally cook six nights a week at home so these get used pretty frequently. They started great but I began to have sticking issues after around one year of use and now after a year and a half, they are just another normal pan that requires a good amount of fat for things to not stick. I tried to make a Spanish tortilla a week ago which included a lot of olive oil and the entire thing stuck badly, I still have bits of potato and onion that won't wash off the pan without me damaging the coating. I can't recommend this unless you are ok with replacing every year.

I can cook everything in one pan, the base is wide enough for 2 eggs, 2 sausage/bacon, and bread slice/English muffin. I make sure to only use on low-medium heat to protect the coating and pan. Love that there’s a dome lid and deep base for cooking long periods. Can’t wait to use it more.

Be sure to only use silicone cooking utensils, as to avoid scratching the nonstick surface of the pan. They’re a heart weight, there is zero chipping (when used correctly) and they work quickly. Loving that they’re non toxic, so I’m not shooting teflon into my kids’ guts every time I cook

Nearly anything can be cooked in these pans and clean up is a breeze (because nothing sticks!). I love these for cooking eggs, whether scrambled, fried, or omelettes. They all come out amazing!

I love the gold handles. I also love the fact that it's dishwasher safe and very easy to clean. Even the lids are beautiful. This is a very nice set.
