I love that it is non stick. This heats evenly so my food is cooked evenly throughout. I have used this in the oven with no issues. These are easy to clean. Great quality, I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE the design of these - gold handles and hardware and periwinkle outer coat to the pans. So stylish and chic! It's a true dark, periwinkle color, so make sure that's what you want. I love the Green Pan brand as it's trustworthy and durable, as long as you do not use metal at all and wash with a soft cloth or dishtowel. Hand dry. They last so long, and i don't even use spray for my eggs (but I do use a spatula to cook eggs so i'm constantly stirring and scraping).

I also like that they can be used with metal utensils. I was worried about the handle getting hot since it is metal, but it doesn't seem to be a problem since it just gets a little warm, but not enough to burn your hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this green pan ceramic fry pan about a month ago and I am officially a green pan fan! I have not found a thing that sticks to this pan and it is so easy to clean! I love the color and now need to get more! I highly recommend!

I received the 9.5” pan for Christmas. I was excited to replace my old non-stick that was badly scratched. It took some time to get used to using a lower temp - it gets very hot even on lower temps. Everything I’ve cooked on it has stuck - I always use oil in the pan. For some foods that’s not necessarily a bad thing though it is very annoying, but I haven’t been able to make a decent egg since I got it. The only thing it’s good for is scrambling. I kept my old pan just in case and will be pulling it out of storage. Really disappointed in this pan.

I like how wide it is too, there’s more surface area too cook. The color and metal is really stylish, would make a perfect gift for someone who loves cooking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pans are absolutely beautiful. I feel like I want to just display them rather than use them for heavy duty cooking. However, the do conduct heat really well and they are a lot lighter than my previous non-stick cooking wear which had a very think non-stick coating. They're easy to move around and the handles are sturdy. They do take up a lot of room when storing them. They don't stack easily and I try to avoid putting the bottoms of other pans onto the non-stick surface to avoid scratching. They cook and clean easily with nice heat distribution and they have held up well after a month of use by following the care instructions.

Have had for just less than 1 year--I do cook a lot, but am very careful and use only plastic utensils. All pans have chipped around edges. Small fry pan has lost the non stick. These have never been in the dishwasher. This is my second set as I sent pictures of the issues to the company and they sent me another set, but they told me at the time this was a one time deal and no warranty after that. I will be purchasing All Clad cookware and throwing these out

They are very durable compared to my other pans, but still would only use silicone utensils to protect them. Another plus is easy clean up. They wipe clean!
