Diamond reinforced, ceramic. I used it to make my eggs for breakfast they turned out nice never stuck to the pan. Also used to fry my hamburgers, and make tacos. Had no issues with the skillet in my dishwasher came out looking brand new. I also used corn oil had no isssues as well as olive oil. This is by far a very nice skillet! I also tried using a Mr clean magic eraser worked like a charm for fast cleaning. When I cooked in this skillet I noticed it was all even cooking ! I love my skillet! If u want a nice skillet this is it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice set of nonstick pans. I recommend to keep the heat down and let the pan warm up before cooking. The nonstick ceramic is easy to clean and the pans are visibly well built. They state that they are oven safe, but I haven't tried them, yet. The black and gold colors look great together as well. A full set of these would last a long time with proper care, and could be all you would need in the kitchen.

I absolutely love these pans! I use them for light, daily cooking. They clean up so easily. I use dish soap and a soft dish brush or the soft side of a sponge. There is never any scrubbing necessary. I also have the large Reserve fry pan that comes with a lid. I wish it came with the set, because I use it almost daily. I bought the felt dividers to store the pans and I'm careful not to use metal tools that might scratch the surface. I'm careful with them and they still look like new after 3-4 years. I'll be purchasing another set for my daughter and her first apartment!

When it comes time to wash, the nonstick comes in handy because cooked-on food wipes right out with a sponge. Would recommend this to others and we'll continue to use this.

I used it first to fry some chicken pieces and it was so easy to clean afterwards. The color is not my favorite, but I love it. It is really well made and high quality. Planning on getting other items from The Green Pan.
