I love two handles so I can pour sauces and pasta out easily. It has a strong anodized aluminum construction to avoid scratches. I made sausage and pork chops in mine and pasta so far. I even put it in the broiler for a minute to melt my cheese on top. I didn’t add the lid though. I cook on low heat and always use a little extra virgin olive oil. I also use silicone utensils. Wipes clean with a paper towel. Totally impressed. Love it.

I bought this set with high expectations given the hype. I used extra virgin olive oil to fry an egg sunny side up and I could not slide the egg onto my plate since the egg was stuck to the pan. Even with a silicone spatula the egg would not easily release. I didn't have this issue with my previous cooking set.

I researched for a long time before purchasing this set. I am so glad I did. First off, they are absolutely beautiful! I have used all but one now. I have never cooked eggs so easily and stick free! The clean up is so easy. Literally just rinse under the faucet and dry. Maybe use a little dish soap if there’s any oily residue. I also made a stir fry in the deep frying pan and same thing - not one piece of chicken, rice or veggies stuck and no stains. I did follow instructions for use very carefully. If you take extra care when cooking, you can avoid the burning and staining. These pans are an investment, so worth the little extra effort to take special care of them.

I absolutely love these pans! I use them for light, daily cooking. They clean up so easily. I use dish soap and a soft dish brush or the soft side of a sponge. There is never any scrubbing necessary. I also have the large Reserve fry pan that comes with a lid. I wish it came with the set, because I use it almost daily. I bought the felt dividers to store the pans and I'm careful not to use metal tools that might scratch the surface. I'm careful with them and they still look like new after 3-4 years. I'll be purchasing another set for my daughter and her first apartment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan with lid is sturdy, heavy, well assembled and works great. It cooks evenly and thoroughly. When it comes time to wash, the nonstick comes in handy because cooked-on food wipes right out with a sponge. Would recommend this to others and we'll continue to use this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is flat out the best I've ever used. I normally use cast-iron but I found a new favorite. We have cooked everything from eggs to stir-fried vegetables and nothing sticks. The clean up is even easier with this pan . We love it
