It’s a durable pan with diamond-infused ceramic nonstick for exceptional performance. Preheat it for 90 seconds before cooking, then use low to moderate heat. Always add a bit of oil or butter; they advise against using cooking sprays. Cleaning is a breeze after use. Overall, I’m pleased with the opportunity to test it out!

The quality is spectacular, the design is flawless and my food comes out perfect every time. After a few weeks of regular use, the pan is still performing as brand new. Food doesn't stick at all, I can make eggs without having half a batch stuck to the pan, steaks, stir frys, rice, you name it, all turns out delicious. Heat spreads fast, evenly and it's constant, no cold spots and no need to cook at high temperature. This is a heavyweight pan and performs as such but it's best to only use silicone spatulas and spoons to avoid scratches, and extend its life. The only thing I am not too fond of is that the lid and handle can get very hot while cooking so I have to be extra careful when handling it. Once it cools down it is very easy to clean, just use a soft sponge, warm soapy water and gently wash off without any effort. This fry pan is built to last. I'm so pleased with the quality and value and definitely recommend it.

It scratches easily, the pan got 1 scratch when it was put into the dish strainer and another 2 when it was stored with my other pans. While it works well the handle gets hot closer to the pan and the lid also gets hot.

I got this set as a house warming gift. After 2-3 uses the pans became disclored with stains that do not come off. There is scratches in it after a 1 month. When using the small frying pan everything sticks and burns to the pan. It’s very unfortunate to pay so much money for something that didn’t last very long .

My rice has been coming out perfect! It’s easy to clean wipes off smooth. I spray some olive oil and my food won’t stick to the bottom. I need more of these pans!

This one is just as good, it has lasted on me for a long time without sticking. It washes so nicely as well, very easy to clean. I make sure to take care of it and only clean it with the soft side of the sponge. I can’t get over how pretty this one is, the color looks so sophisticated and the fact that it comes with a lid is a cherry on top. I will be gifting one of these to my dad, who loves being in the kitchen. Another plus is that it’s ceramic. I try to buy only ceramic pans because they are safer. A bit more expensive but definitely worth it.
