[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little apprehensive buying an electric string trimmer, but am pleasantly surprised. Plenty of power and batteries last longer then I do.

I was concerned this would not have enough power to cut through tough grass & weeds. I was very impresses with its capability. It did as good a job as my gas powered trimmer and and was much easier to use.

So much easier to use than my 2 previous gas trimmers and little maintenance. Great for light and average yards. Only drawback is that with only 1 string it's a little slow on thick, heavy grass. Other than that I would buy it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does what I need it to do. It edges and trims well. I wish it had two lines on the trimmer and the free spools like the smaller 20V trimmer. Battery life if good too. No complaints.

I bought this trimmer little over 2 months ago and the batteries will only last long enough to do the back yard then recharge the batteries to do the front lawn. The performance is very poor.

Bought this to replace my gas powered trimmer. ( Which I now have repaired). Very heavy in my right hand while using. THAT’S ANNOYING!! Seems OK but awkward feeling!! DOES NOT SHOW UP AS A PURCHASE ON MY ACCOUNT!!!!!

I had a 20v trimmer before, and when I got my 40v trimmer from Worx, I noticed that power difference immediately. Even the string is heavier and last longer!
