The trimmer is top heavy, which makes it very awkward for me. It is also too tall for me, which makes it difficult to use. I would not buy this again and wish I still had the first trimmer I bought from Worx.

I upgraded to the 40v and so happy I did. So much more power and easy to handle..a little heavier than the other one but gets more of the thicker weeds. Love it and I am a senior!

Had previously used 20v worz (single battery) unit and was ok but low power and eat up line. this duel battery with heaver line works great. Do not have to go over same area several times and line feed works great

Upgraded from my older Worx weed eater/edger. This one has so much more power and excellent for edging. My yard looks great and cuts down the time I need to spend on it!

Already had a Worx string trimmer and bought this one just to use as an edger.This tool has outstanding power and exceeds all expectations that I had.

My 40v trimmer came in secure box? It was missing the string cover! Tried to run the trimmer and string kept getting tangled! Couldn’t operate! The power is weak!
