Great potential

I’ve noticed the motor energy depletes after about 5 minutes usage. Battery still has full stars. I’ve tried to ask questions but unable to talk with anyone. Disappointed

I bought this to replace WG191 doesn’t even close chop down the weeds that I did with it. Have to press too many buttons to run, usually hit cord feed button when grabbing.

Powerful. Does a good job

It is really heavy for me to use but i love the good job it does. I wish i coud flip the wheel like my 20 volt to roll it (sad face) straight shaft makes it awkward

Not up to other Worx trimmer

I prefer the older models with one battery. The new one IS too long, too heavy & I didn’t know you have to buy your own spools as opposed to the smaller trimmer. Disappointed but stuck with it now.

First try & worked perfect!!

I've grown tired of Fighting with Gas Trimmers!! This machine Fits the Bill Perfectly. Works as long as I want to And the balance doesn't break my Back!!!!! Thanks

Worked Great

Exactly what I was looking for!

Purchased this recently to replace a gas-powered trimmer and works beautifully. Could be happier. Came with extra trimmer string as well. So much easier than dealing with gas powered engines
