Keeps flipping over and twisting!

I just purchased.......Very beautiful when it sits correctly but every time I turn my head or move the necklace flips and twists on one side. SO ANNOYING!!!! It is put on correctly and the strand is not twisted or kinked, it just rolls and twists which makes it not sit right and look stupid! I am returning

Just ok

This necklace is at the concord, ca location. The diamond section of the necklace doesn't move. There's no way for me to have this necklace shortened and then have it drap around my neck properly. I have been saving for it but after trying it on in the store I decided against the purchase.
