Beautiful but Uncomfortable

We ordered two of these and were pleased when we opened the first box. Beautiful red leather…one of the nicest looking recliners we had seen. As soon as we sat in the chair, we knew we couldn’t keep them. When we extended the foot rest, it came to the middle of the calf with the lower legs hanging over the bottom. Then we reclined the chair and found that our heads had no support, as the back only went as far as our neck. Very uncomfortable. If they were just for looks, we would have kept them. They may work for a small person. I am 5’5” tall and my husband is 5’10”. Disappointing.
