West Bend 12-Cup Multi-Function Rice Cooker

Purchased for my Son - and he ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT! He has only used it for rice so far - but he just raves about how nice it is to be able to program - and walk away while the appliance does all the work.

I got this on Wed, Dec 6. It is broke on Wed, March 20.

Breaks in 3 months

I am very pleased with this product and this is a great value

Unfortunately this appliance did not function correctly. It had several features we were excited about but they did not work. Possibly a completely defective unit, but whether defective or just poorly made, we returned it as it never did what it was supposed to do.

Never worked, had to return.

I am so pleased with this West Bend Rice Coiker.  I've used it several times already and even made a Jambalaya in it.  Works great ! Really like the design of lid too.

Great purchase  from Sam's Club !
