Tone's is always a reliable product. Any of their seasonings or bases are always first quality. I always feel confident in baking or cooking with this brand.

This onion powder tastes fine, but it goes all over the place when you try to use it. It seems that most of it ends up in the air. If you hold it closer to the contents of what you're cooking, the moisture from the food causes the extremely fine powder to get sticky and clump. The lid stops closing before long which lets in moisture, and that takes away from the freshness of the powder. The only thing I don't mind using it for is homemade batches of season salt or rubs, because it kind of coats the other ingredients.
