I d6id get a one 20 pack instead of two 10 packs ,not happy with that!because i'll like to freeze them and use them when i need them !

Be aware, in case you don't use these up quickly, it doesn't come as 2-10 packs. It's one large pack of 20. So once you open it, that's it, you gotta use it quicker. But they are good.

Sam's doesn't sell this item in the store, so you're left to ordering &shipping them. And as plus member you have to order $50 to get free shipping. Well ordering several packages apparently too heavy and confusing for Sam's Club to properly pack them. On top of not counting the right amount in which ordered 9 and only received 8 packages. Box was damaged, retaped, shells folded and shuffled all over in the box without any bubble wrap to stop the movement. Phoning customer service because I was shorted one item was another horrific task. Broken English rude associate kept interrupting me and then hung up on me. Just a terrible transaction again with Sam's online ordering. I had to call back a second time and go through the automated phone game to speak to a different human who finally helped me.

My large family preferred these to the usual ones Sams carries here in OH. Didn’t have the fake spongy feel
