I am a 67-year-old woman and I bought and installed eight feet of this system tonight after dinner. I did find out from another reviewer that Hyper Tough Quick Release hooks, which are available locally, are completely compatible and yes, they have the ladder hook. This is a great system at a great price. Buy it!

The product is great. Easy installation. I would have given it a five stars. However, I was very disappointed that a hook for the ladder was not included. Picture on the box shows a ladder hook. I figured I go on Haus website to order one, but Haus does not have a website. Does anyone know how to get a ladder hook on-line?
