I won’t buy cream any where else. It’s think and perfect for anything from whipped cream for strawberries to coffee creamer

Picked up order yesterday, Saturday- opened Sunday evening to make Rich banana pudding but Heavy Whipping Cream had consistency of Elmer's glue. No time to run across town to exchange. Extremely FRUSTRATED. Disappointed.

This heavy cream is ultra pasteurized. Will not work for ganache or other confections. Will work for whipped cream, casseroles, mashed potatoes and soups. Definitely had enough for Thanksgiving and the price was better than the grocery store. Would need to portion and freeze for rest of the year and then it cannot be used for whipped cream.

This is the best Heavy Whipping cream that I've ever tried. I've been so disappointed when the pint size I was ordering went out of stock. I thought that I was going to have to settle for my third choice. But then I thought it was back in stock, so I ordered 5. Whoops, they were half gallon sizes. Oh well, at least I have my favorite and they have a long expiration date.

This heavy cream was not clumpy like what I get in the regular store. It makes the perfect Jello instant pudding when mixed with low fat milk. It was fresh with a long enough freshness date that I used the entire half gallon. Price was ok and size convenient.
