What's spoiled and wasn't one salad piece and had to be returned. I had bought it for a party.I was having so caused quite a problem.

Not the best heavy cream but great price. You can find better without gum but itll be alot more expensive. It hasa good taste and is great to cook with. I always have one in my refrigerate.

Spoiled to the point of solid and curdled. A month out from expiration date.
