Freeze what you don't need right away!!!

It appears many commenters don't understand that dairy freezes very well. If this 64oz size is too big, portion it out and freeze it. Shake well and pour into quart freezer bags, seal tight, and lay flat in the freezer. OR freeze in ice cube trays, pop out into a gallon freezer bag. Take out and thaw as needed. You can do this with buttermilk as well!
