Too big to handle. I understand the club mentality wants us to buy giant sizes of everything but it’s hard to control a half gallon size and pour out of a round spout when only dosing it out a tablespoon or less each use. I’d rather they give us two smalls together at a time. Quality is perfect.

Can be excellent heavy cream at a good price. But when it's bad it's awful! I have purchased this product multiple times and I've had the product go bad up to a month before the expiration date. I've also purchased cartons that have lumps in them. Success rate getting a good cartoon that stays fresh to the expiration date has been about 50%. I do keep them refrigerated and do not have problems with other foods. The price is good enough and I usually get enough use that I keep coming back, but I am looking for alternatives.

The container is too big. You should give a choice between half gallon and a quart.

PLEASE go back to the smaller container, half of the new bigger container goes bad!
