Have not been able to sit on it. I did when I first put together. The seat has soft materials in it. Trying to get up from about 12" of the ground. Not fun... The right arm moves a lot and is not attached as the right side is. There is absolutely no padding in the arm rests. Chair came with a broken piece. Does not incline enough. Find a better chair, because this is not it. I don't believe all the 5 star reviews. Maybe their noses don't work...

We have owned a pair of these recliners for just over a year. For the price the quality is decent. The good: 1. Power recline and head adjustment are smooth 2. Padding is good in the seat and at the head 3. Generous storage under each armrest 4. Two outlets and 2 USB ports in the right armrest are handy 5. The appearance is rich 6. No discernible wear after one year The bad: 1. The arm rests are uncomfortable and the corners dig into your arms 2. The arm rest are not aligned properly 3. The arm rest are designed poorly and bend outward when using them to help you stand 4. The connections for the power recline and head tilt are poorly secured and disconnect when reclining 5. No lumbar support Conclusion: A pretty good choice in this price range. If you can afford it, look for a recliner that has powered lumbar support as well as power recline and head tilt. We tested several “triple power” chairs from Flexsteel and experienced what a really good recliner feels like. Granted, the Flexsteel chairs are priced $800 more than these chairs.

I purchased two of these chairs online. They were delivered and I set them up yesterday. Once chair works fine but the does not work at all. I have checked the connections and still no power past the main switch. How do I go about getting someone to my home to fix the problem?

Our daughter had major ankle surgery and couldn't sleep well in bed. This chair was a Godsend. Yes, we saw the reviews about squealing pig noises. But my husband also read a review about the noise possibly coming from improperly inserting the back into the bottom. Also, do not snip the zip ties on the bottom that are holding cords on place. The chair is wonderful! Quality feel, comfortable, great storage in the arms in the arms and great support for legs, lumbar, shoulders and head. Thank you, Sam's!!!!
