I live in NJ and put these on my car in October. Debated getting winter tires but wasn't sure if I needed something that extreme. Replaced the stock pilot sport 4S (also a great tire) to get ready for cold, wet, and sometimes snowy roads here in northern NJ. Have 3500 miles on them currently and couldn't be happier. Very confidence inspiring tires in the extreme cold and wet or dusting of snow and are capable in a few inches of snow on the road. MPG is down 1-2 miles and I haven't noticed the road noise that some people mention. Very happy so far.

I drive a RWD P85+ Tesla Model S, which is both heavy and up until last winter had staggered 21” wheels. I was used to buying a new set of Pilot Sport 4S for the rear every 10-12k miles, which is to be expected, but not welcomed on that setup. I switch to 20” square rims front and aft, and also switched to Pilot Sport AS 4's ,245/45/ZR20 99Y, and couldn't be happier. Now that I can rotate tires life if grand. I'm used to extremely irregular wear and regular pinch flats, but I've got things nailed down now. Tire wear with theses tire is even, traction is more than adequate and tire noise is drastically reduced.

Purchase these for all-season use in California. Rode these through the recent cyclone storm with no issues. No hydroplaning and complete confidence in braking and cornering. Ride is quieter than I thought. I drive a EV so only noise is from the tires which was not really noticeable. Only thing I would change is the lip of the tire seems to offer little protection for my brand new wheels. It sits flush with the lip of the wheel and I can already foresee curb rashes. If they can bring out the lip of the tire a bit more to protect the rim, I would give it 5 stars. Othere than that, a super high performance tire. I take off fast, corner fast, and stop fast so a high performance tire is required.

I am blown away by my new AS4s!!! I have a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt SS. I drive spiritedly and daily drive my car. I came off of Toyo Extensa hp2s and let me just give it to Michelin.There is NO comparison. I have driven only 400miles on them but the All Season 4 is one great tire! They feel so smooth on the road and highway. I feel the grip and superb steering response driving compared to what I was driving on before. Road noise is minimal and actually very quiet from what I was used to. I am now a Michelin customer for life! Thank you Michelin for developing the best all season tire I have ever driven on.

I replaced my Pilot HX MXM4 93V XL, which i had for 11 years for off winter use. New Sport All Season 4 are much better on wet surface, but the noise level when driving 50-80 km/hr is quite loud...louder than the Pilot HX MXM4's, and louder than my winter tires. So I plan to keep them on this winter and will report back how well "All Season" means.

I have already driven 17,118 miles with these tires and experienced my first snowstorm with them. Doing my regular maintenance rotating my tires every 5k miles and making sure my tires are properly inflated every month, I have run into 0 issues. They drove flawlessly in the snow with minimal slippage. I enjoyed them and will keep buying Michelin tires in the future.

Went from 17 inch To 18 Inch, huge jump in performance (both wet and dry) from the tires Ford put on my 2015 Mustang eco-boost. People told me the road noise would be an issue but quite the opposite. Black car, wheels, tires. Sorry, can't figure out how to transfer pic. from my phone (LG)

I've had a few good tires in my life, but nothing like the wow factor of this new design. The wet traction is outstanding. This tire inspires a lot of confidence. So much technology with the tread design and the compound. I'm not looking forward to the snow, but with this tire I feel that it will not be a problem. This might be the perfect tire for the Pacific Northwest. I live in Vancouver BC and we get lots of rain. My old set of P Zeros feel like crap in comparison to the Michelin AS4. My Mustang loves these tires !!! :)

I just replaced Continental run-flat tires with the Pilot Sport All Season 4 (non run-flats). It is made a massive difference. The tires ride smoothly, steer precisely, braking is improved, and wet performance is so much better and confidence inspiring. A great combination of both sport and luxury. As to a number of comments about the tires being noisy, they really aren't any noisier than competitive tires or the tires predecessor, the A's 3+. I think it's just that the tone of the noises a little bit higher pitched and therefore more noticeable to some people. On the other hand, I noticed that there is no noise difference when driving on asphalt and concrete, which is unusual because most tires tend to be louder on concrete. Not so with these tires.

I am hesitant to give a 5 star, because these tires on my Miata, seem to lack smooth steering. For example, when you just slightly turn the wheel, it jumps like it had difficulty going over its own tread?????, then when you turn back slightly it sticks and jumps. Very subtle, different then the OEM tires that were on the vehicle. Wish I really knew what was going on. Air pressure is what is on door jam. I may vary tire pressure and test.
