Easy to setup, in fact it does it automatically you just follow the prompts. Speed is great, good computer for basic needs. The screen is huge! However it does not raise or lower.

Love this PC. The screen is huge, practically the size of two screens. It is perfect for my small business use. I am very happy with it and will likely buy another as my business gros.

Easy setup, so very user friendly!! Love the design and screen. Takes up very little space on my desk. I just wish it had a wireless keyboard and mouse.

Very much pleased with this, and the HP Support was awesome, however, I now wish I had gotten a 24" rather than 27"

The PC itself is excellent. Hate that it didn't come with a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. Hate that it's not a touch screen. . .my fault for not confirming this feature. Moving everything from old pc to new one wasn't awful but, after 4 months, I'm still looking for files. Hate version 11. I have MS Office on dvds that I can't upload now and the program didn't transfer to the new PC so I'm VERY upset over that! If you're debating whether to purchase this PC or not, you'll be able to figure out what's important to you and see if my problems would be yours too. Good Luck!

I set this computer up, plugged in everything according to directions and Yikes! The monitor had colored streaks and blank screen. :( I called Sam's Club, and the wonderful customer service arranged for a replacement. Now just waiting and I will place an updated review once everything is set up. I will give 3 stars for the ease of set up.
