This has become one of our household staples. It's not a melting cheese, but amazing in salads (which we eat a LOT of) or just off the block. If you don't like salty cheese, this might not be for you, but it both wonderfully mild and flavorful.

This is one of the best spanish cheese of not the best, rich and flavorful no bitterness just plain delicious

I like to grill this cheese directly in hot olive oil. It melts nicely and browns on the outside, similar to Halloumi but less expensive. The grilling brings out a nice dimension to the flavor of this cheese.

I love it. Reminds me of the old country. Not exact, but close enough to savor. Good price. Not exactly a melting cheese. It's a good snacking cheese (try with fresh orange slices or water melon)

I like this white cheese, I have purchased several times, lately the flavor has changed to salty which makes it a bit too much.
