We bought this rug back in January and followed all the instructions on how to properly clean it. This proceeds to break our washer and dryer at the same time. Our dryer we were able to fix but the washer was going to cost $800 to fix so we ended up buying a new one.

Cute and soft. Can NOT vaccume it. Washing is a pain as its HUGE. If you dont want or need to clean it, id say , do it. BUT just beware. This needs to be recalled and its not durable. I have 5 kids and 2 big dogs and this was supposed to replace a rug and now i have to figure out what to do with it.

It’s not exactly the colors I thought it would be. I could see anyone who likes Yellowstone to like this design, it’s a little more country than I thought it would be. The rug is extremely soft and nice. I have not washed it yet but I did try the vacuum on it with so many reviews saying it couldn’t be vacuumed I have a shark navigator and if I put it on shag setting it will vacuum without getting too stuck, also my robot vacuum had no issues at all. I will be buying again for other rooms once I check how well it washes.

Have bought this rug (different styles) 10+ times over several years. We like the design and color choices. Unfortunately they have changed the edging of the rug. After a week or two the edges are very frayed. We have a Roomba vacuum. We did not have the same fraying on rugs purchased 1-2 years ago. We have an older version of this rug that the edges look better than the new rugs after a couple of weeks. We normally change out these rugs every 1-2 years because of wear. Since they are inexpensive rugs, we don’t expect a log life on the rugs that have more wear on them.

While this rug gave off wonderful first impressions … I quickly began to disappoint! It was very difficult to vacuum, lifted off the floor and bunched under chairs and with traffic. On the first wash the entire rug just looked dingy and the color continued to look worse and worse with each wash. After less then 6 months we’ve already had to replace it.

This rug is pretty, and it is blanket-soft. Similarly to other reviewers, though, I can hardly vacuum it. The robot vacuum does well on it, but the upright vacuum is too strong and sucks up the rug. I've owned the rug for about 6 month, and the border (hem?) has begun to break and fray. It washes as well as something that big would be expected to wash. Edges are difficult to lie flat after washing, so it takes a couple days to settle it down. The lightweight nature of the rug also lends itself to scooting around, or bunching up at the edge. Overall, I really liked it at first but now I would not recommend it for a hard floor. Would not purchase again.

Ordered on December 3 to prepare for family visiting. It’s arrival date was supposed to be December 12th. It’s now the evening of the 13th and it still hasn’t even shipped. Contacted customer service and they said someone would get back to me in 3-5 days. I wish there was an option to cancel my order at this point so I can go to a local store and get a rug.

I bought the large size rug thinking I had found the perfect solution for my 2-dog home. Alas, it is incompatible with my washer (a large capacity with no agitator). If I did manage to cram it in there, which I tried mightily but wasn’t able to do, there would be no space left for it to move around to agitate. And while it’s easy to lift when rolled up, it becomes bulky and heavy when unrolled and trying to lift into washer (I tried). Not to mention how heavy it would be when it’s wet. It needs to be taken to a laundromat industrial washer, which in my book cancels any convenience of having a machine washable rug. Secondly my vacuum, even on the least suction setting, still lifts the rug up off the floor and sucks its edges into the vacuum, requiring that I finagle the vacuum by lifting it and setting it onto the middle of the rug to avoid sucking up the edges. On the up side, the rug is pretty and very soft. Just understand it will be difficult to vacuum and will require a trip to the laundromat (with plenty of muscle) to wash it.

It’s not a great rug honestly. I was really hoping it would be but it is very thin which I understand that’s so it can be washed but it’s annoying because it moves all over the place even with furniture on it. You can’t vacuum it with a regular vacuum because it gets sucked up. When I washed it it almost broke my washing machine and I had to wash it twice because it kept getting balled up and not clean and it smelled really bad. I eventually gave up because I didn’t want to break my washer.

This is the softest rug I have ever walked on. I'm not sure why so many people struggle with vacuuming, I can easily vacuum mine - I just put my foot on the edge to secure & vacuum away from me in 1 direction, works perfect. This rug has held up well to 2 toddlers, 2 dogs, crayons, mud, you name it. It washes great. I got the large one & it fits fine in my washing machine - I have a large drum LG. I have owned Ruggables & this is far better - it's much softer (seriously the beat sensory experience for your feet) & so much easier to clean being a 1 piece system.
