I am not sure if the sizing was off for me as it was very bulky and uncomfortable to wear during for longer periods of time. I also wish it was not so "lower rise" on the tummy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The key to the perfect pair of underwear, disposable or "regular" is in the fit and feel. Depend Silhouette comes through for on it is the feel. I have tried so many brands, generic and national, all the way up to overnights and these protect 100% better. That is where the fit is important, because if that is right, there are a scant number of leaking incidents. This is now my regular brand but I need a large the medium size was little to small, so take that in account before purchasing them. It is good to feel like a real woman again and they don't bunch up so looks like your wearing reg panties.

The underwear are comfortable, stay securely in place, VERY absorbent and are easy to remove/discard. I was able to not worry about coverage or leakeage and they are easy to transport in your purse. It has changed how comfortable I feel going to certain places, the color choices I can choose from and how long I can be "out" without worrying that complications of incontinence will cause me to want to go home. The material is not bothersome but not extremely soft.

The pink is great when wearing lighter colored clothing. These underwear absorbs liquid really well and pulls away wetness, keeping you dry and odor free. This is a great product that I would definitely recommend to anyone who has urinary incontinence.
