[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Depend® Silhouette® comes in a package of 14 undergarments. I used size medium. They have 4 in 1 skin guard. The underwear instantly absorbs leaks and odors, wicks away heat and moisture to help keep me dry, size medium was a perfect fit and confirmed to my body and glides against the skin to prevent irritation. Was easy to put on and take off and looks very similar to underwear.

After brain surgery and having a baby I have problems with incontinence. These help me with that so much. However, the went up to my belly button and unless I had a long shirt on they would be visible if I bent over or sat down. I am guessing these are not for people my age, but other that the visibility issue they were comfortable and held up great. I would get these again if they did NOT go above the top of my pants.

I do really like that they have the thick pad built in. They are comfortable enough to wear but they could be softer. Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How I would provide my review on the depends silhouette the are not all that bad think they are a little uncomfortable at night time while I am a sleep but at he daytime they are ok and they do help me with my bladder problem

Which is nice because who wants to have a big bulky butt that people can tell you're wearing something! Im young and suffer from a disease called Interstitial Cystitis, so sometimes I have leaks when I'm trying to hold it in..ugh! These kept moisture out, and looked normal. They are a little scratchy though, and I really wish these were washable. No sense to keep buying over and over when you can have pairs that you wash..

I think this could be useful during the postpartum period or for those with bladder control issues. The fabric was pretty soft, and you can't really tell that you're wearing a disposable undwear product.

I’m 100% dry and irritation free. These underwear are breathable too! They keep me fresh by completely absorbing leaks to prevent unpleasant odors. They fit like regular panties so I’m confident while wearing any outfit. The material keeps heat and moisture away so my skin is dry. I’m recommending these to my friends and family.

Comes in beautiful colors that you will love. When wearing Depends they provide invisible comfort just like wearing regular clothes . Great brand that I trust in and recommend.

I received my package and was happy to see the construction of the Silhouette. I had to use the Maximum L/XL due to my weight. However, the extra large did not fit as well as I had hoped. The leg bands were too tight. I do not meet the maximum weight of 300, but I am short and spread out in the hip/thigh/buttock areas. Maybe another size could be considered? XL/XXL? This would give those of us who are heftier in those areas a little more ease. Other than that, the product was all it was supposed to be in the absorbtion area. Oh, did I mention that I am a very senior citizen as well. So, I guess until another size is added I will have to stick to the pads.

i love the feel and almost the fit of the silhouettes. definitely much lighter, quieter and softer on the skin. the protection it offers is unbeatable to me. i tried every brand out there. i only had two issues... 1) i do not have a 4" gap between my legs, i think the width through the middle could be skinnier and still have maximum protection.. then they would be comfortable and really fit like underwear! 2) the fabric rips very easily. i put my fingers through the sides many times i will say though after the initial rip they did not get any bigger. fingernails and fabric dont mix! lol
