I buy these for my Mother. They are the most comfortable and feel almost like cloth. They fit nicely too, although we are surprised she wears the larger size since she is slender boned, 5'4" and weighs under 110 lbs. She went into the emergency room one day and the nurses were oohing and aahing (sp) about how nice these briefs were. They had'nt seen any this nice before. I do have a comment though. I could be wrong but I wonder if you might have changed what you use for odor control in the last few months. If so, I wish you would go back to what you used before. The price is a bit higher of this brand but you pay for the quality. I would for sure reccomend this brand. I love the fit and feel when you put them on I really appreciate the stretch and the feeling is soft and better quality.

I bought the Silhouette brief product in size s/m and used them last year and this year. Unfortunately I have been using them more lately since being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and therefore had to replenish my supply. I am a little disappointed in the new design. The package says "brief" but the fit is definitely different from the original... it doesn't quite cover the buttocks and feels a little loose in that area and sits a little lower than the original brief. I understand the style change if someone was going to see it, but proper coverage is what is important at this time. Any suggestions?? Or, do you make the original Silhouette brief style that was made prior to this style? I couldn't find it on your web page... thank you!

It's a great product to wear during the day. Good fit, not bulky like I find regular Depends for Women to be. Unfortunately, Depend Silhouette Briefs for Women do not work for me at night. I have serious leakage issues. There's not a lot of choice for incontinence briefs. But I think these are the best even though they don't work for me at night.

I have always had to use the horid super absorbancy feminine products to stay dry at night, but the aftermath of giving birth last winter was unreal. It came as no surprise to me when feminine napkins were found to be insufficient since that was always the case before. Since I delivered naturually the other type of feminine hygiene product was not an option, and that last thing an exhausted new Mom wants to do is spend an hour every day scrubbing out stains. Half delierous I drove up to the pharmacy to see if they had some sort over industrial strength napkin. While walking through the store I passed the aisle with the Depends. It was kind of like one of those chessy commercials where you can hear a chorus in the background while the product glows. Then I thought surely not if Depends worked for this who in their right mind would ever use the super absorbancy non napkin type of femine product? I decided to go ahead and try it anyway, it worked without agrevating my extremely sore hips and I am never buying another detestable Tampax product again!

I thought they were going to fit loose to me and difficult to put on, but they fit perfectly. I am very surprised that they are comfortable and realized they are like real underwear. They provide great protection and feel like normal regular panties. I recommend these.

I can wear whatever kind of clothes I want because you can't tell what I have on underneath. It's just like wearing regular underwear but with,the protection I need. Thank you for the free sample.
