The stretchy sides fit just right and don't pinch and bunch up under my clothes they do provide invisible comfort. The legs also fit really well and stay in place and I've experienced no leaking at all. I really like that they are so thin and absorbent so these will be my go to brand from now on!

My favorite thing about Silhouettes is that I don’t even know I am wearing them. Underwear sometimes bunch up, move around and pinch,with Silhouettes you do not have to worry about any of these. You don’t see anything through your clothes, no seams or panty lines. I weigh 108 and the small fit me perfectly. The most important thing is that I had NO Leaks! I have problems when I cough and when I bend, this haven given me so much more confidence around people. I cannot fully explain how Depend Silhouettes has changed my life in just a short amount of time.

I'm a bargain hunter and felt I needed to try cheaper brands. However, after having tried every similar product on the market, I can honestly now say that Depends is my product of choice. Other brands are cheaper, but I usually find the fit to be uncomfortable and in every single store brand version the fabric seems to have plastic or similar material used in their panty portion and it's like wearing a baby's plastic pants. I sweat so bad in them that I'm soaked in perspiration after only a few hours. Silouettes have a breathable, soft fabric in their panty whch makes them feel like an actual lady's panty and the fit is always true to the label. I have to say this is a great product and the others have a long way to go to compare. I would have given 5 stars, but for the higher price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a package of these Depend Silhouette incontinence underwear in exchange for my honest review. I drink a lot of water daily so I am frequently in need of a bathroom. Since being pregnant, I've struggled with barely making it to the bathroom at times and hate the little sprinkles that can occur. I used this brand after hearing they work well for incontinence and also in the post partum healing phase. These disposable underwear have a thick pad that is durable & soaks a good amount of liquid. It can come around the sides like regular underwear or pads but overall, they are comfortable & easy to wear. They are a little bulky to throw away & visibly look like a diaper to me. They don't have the adjustable straps or flashy patterns but look like a diaper with a large pad. The pad covers a large area but doesn't sit seamlessly on my body. It gives the appearance of a moose knuckle. I was able to see the seams when wearing with just a shirt but not fully clothed.

My first impression was that they are more discreet than a lot of other hygiene products for urine leakage which was nice. I also like the fact that they do resemble regular underwear more than the old fashioned diaper type depends. They do seem to be extremely absorbent, therefore I have less worries about leakage that could potentially create an embarrassing situation which is fantastic. I would highly recommend these to someone who suffers urinary incontinence and is looking for a reliable but discrete product.

I really like this product,......but i do not like the ease that it takes to rip the sides of them. when i try to pull them up i end up putting a hole on the sides. Other than that i am very pleased with this product,it gives me the chance to do things that i was unable to do before

It felt just like regular underwear, and I could wear regular clothing that I like--such as jeans or leggings. When wearing other types of protection--such as store brand pull-ups--I have had to wear baggy pants and long t-shirts to disguise the "bulkiness" from the product. Not so with this product, I can even wear leggings and my protection won't show. I'm a younger woman, but have suffered from bladder leaks for years. I have sometimes felt depressed because of my bladder incontinence, because I couldn't play with my children, perform some of my tasks at work, or run/walk for exercise without having an accident. These briefs give me the confidence that I need for my daily routine. I also travel for work, and now can travel with confidence without having to worry about embarrassment.
