They don't feel like anything but regular underwear...but now for the use it is intended for . Well was kinda dissapointed. If you have serious bladder leaks than is not for you ..once you have an accidental leaking it unfortunately gets real heavy and feel uncomfortable also it still messed up the bed some..so I would recommend another extra option . But if you just have light leaks I definitely would recommend!!

They don't show through your clothing. I was very happy with the performance, it had a slim fit under my clothes, the leg elastics and waistband were very comfortable, making the product very comfortable to wear over any extended period of time. The absorbency level was just what I needed, it was able to absorb through hours of wearing. The brief was able to quickly absorb and left my skin dry and irritation free. They provide you with the most discreet protection that you can trust.

It does the job and isn't horribly diapery. It's overall pretty slim and unnoticeable. Keeps you pretty much dry and is actually very comfy.

Yes this product is soft, but it rips every time you try to pull it up and I’m handicapped and it takes too much strength to pull it up and not rip it, but I do every time. Also, I have to sit most of the day and it doesn’t stop the leaking from the back
