[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They have a great fit and you can't tell that you are wearing disposable underwear. The black color gives them a more sophisticated look and feel. They also had a softer feeling material than the regular Depends. I will definitely purchase them again.

very comfort , I use this for IBS and they work wonders, I do go thu alot bc I do have colon problems, they fit just right in all places, yes you might have to pull them off like reg undies but thats not a problem for me and I bought a nice medium diaper bag to carry theses along with wipes, medi cream and powder so if you keep clean up you wont get a rash...I have to change mine right away anyway .....I have try many others but nothing seem to work.....

I wore a silhouette to work today for the first time. I have been using a different brand, but this looked better under my new jeans. I leak a lot, and work at a desk, sitting down. It's 5:30 now, I just got home, and I have not changed all day. My diaper is wet and my jeans are dry, no leaks! Depends have always been very soft and comfortable, wet or dry. Silhouettes may get me back into depends. Nice work!

Contrary to other reviews, I truly like the product! I even got my mom to try them! I have SMA and have lost some control of my bladder. This product gives me confidence that there will be no accidents and cannot be detected under my clothes. Also, my clothes (pants and skirts) fit me better without all the bulk!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the Depend Silhouette's Expression packs, although the white pad part is a bit bulky - I think if it was stretched out a bit for more frontal and behind this would take the bulky away and still be seamless. They are comfy though. And I love the colors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleased with Depends Silhouette Expressions incontinence underwear.I would say they fit exactly as expected and that fit is exceptional. There's no tugging, pulling,bunching or gaps in the fit at all. They are comfortable, breathable and cool andabsorb everything quickly and effectively.You have no need to fear leaks even if you sleep in them and the colors are really nice. You can match up clothes very well with three different colors to choose from for even more discreet protection. I will continue use these and I will be recommending them whenever possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just started using absorbent underwear, and my doctor recommended Always Discreet and gave me some samples. They worked well, but wasn't sure about the fit and comfort. I got my free sample of Depend Silhouette and they felt so comfortable and I couldn't even tell I was wearing them, they felt almost like real underwear. Until I peed in them. They were very soggy and sagging in my pants. I felt really wet and uncomfortable. I looked for leaks but didn't see any. Thank goodness I was at home, because 5 minutes later when I went to change them, I had wet spots on my jeans. They may be more comfortable than Always, but for me dryness is most important and I don't get that from Depends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am surprised how well these work. I used these postpartum. I wore these constantly for almost 2 weeks. I had zero leaks, not a single one. These fit me just after delivery and still fit 2 weeks later when I was back to my usual size. These expand around the waist to fit correctly. They also sit higher on the waist so they stay put and don't move no matter what you are doing. Overnight protection is amazing. I really thought they were going to leak through the night, but not a drop. They absorbed everything. They come folded up nicely, so you can throw a couple in your purse easily enough without being obvious what they are or taking up all the space you have.I highly recommend these to anybody looking to deliver soon. They are not designed for postpartum bleeding, but they do an amazing job. If they can handle that mess, then they should be able to handle incontinence easily. Highly recommend!
