I hope they come up with a larger size , I am thinking about trying the largest men's garment to see if it works for me .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time trying a disposable underwear for bladder leaks/ menstrual bleeding. I realized that I ended up the a size too big for me so that may impact my feelings about them. They did provide great protection for those little bladder leaks when you just can’t get to the bathroom in time. However I found them just bulky, not comfortable, and just seems like cheap disposable fabric with a huge pad stuck in them. It was so noticeable to me all the time that I had it on. Because my bladder leaks are usually not too bad I probably would not use these for them. Also for my menstrual cycle I would rather sick to ultra tampons and thin pads/lines. It’s just not for me.

I Liked the fit of these as well and the fact that with these on I didn't leak through to my clothes. These are amazing, and easy to put on and to get off as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Large. I use these for my menstrual cycle, and they work great. The sides don't tear when I swell up and no leaks. They keep my clothing and bed clean. I love that they do not show under my clothes.

Whatever happened to your site - it wiped my review away! I will start over but to the point! Why did you change the way you were making the 'Brief"? The material is Thinner, the padding is Thicker, especially between my legs which is causing "folds" to happen and they Hurt me no matter how I try to sit and when I sleep, the seam on the side pushes into my 'skinny' hip and wakes me up several times during the night hurting badly. I've been wearing the Silhoutte Brief for over 6 months now but this last box that I bought is not even Close to being like the others that I was wearing prior to This box of them. They even look "cheaper made" but one thing for sure the Price has gone up! I have had to use this type of underwear for over a year now and had thought I had found the right one-NOT. I get 1 monthly stipend & can't afford but so much. Please go back to making them the way that you used to, PLEASE.
