Not to be gross but very real... I suffer from fybroids. My menstrual cycle is like a murder scene. No pad on the market works not to mention very costly. I now use this product it is a life saver. No more embarrassing accidents. Thumbs. Up!!!

I got these for my mother -in- law she has lost alot of weight and being of a small frame ( now 98 lbs.) anyways padding matters! She loves them! She has to get the xl for a deformed hip. She just love the fit, thank you!
