Wear because of urgency. Have experience no leakage on (rare) occasions when daytime urination occurs while wearing the product. Also wear overnight although I usually always get to the bathroom before urination occurs. And their appearance is OK.

I HAVE BOUGHT 3 BOXES OF THESE AND IN EVERY BOX, I HAD 2 - 3 PAIR TO RIP IN THE BACK. ITS THE SAME PLACE EVERY TIME. I BOUGHT A DIFFERENT BRAND NOW, MUCH CHEAPER AND THEY HAVE NOT TORE ON ME.
