After brain surgery and having a baby I have problems with incontinence. These help me with that so much. However, the went up to my belly button and unless I had a long shirt on they would be visible if I bent over or sat down. I am guessing these are not for people my age, but other that the visibility issue they were comfortable and held up great. I would get these again if they did NOT go above the top of my pants.

I love the softness of the material and the way it protects against leaks and odor. Definitely going to be using these from now on. 100% recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I did not ask for this product, I really can't give you a review. I wore one pair once and they are ok. The pad is so large that it's a bit uncomfortable. I rarely have incontinence, only with a hard sneeze, therefore, I can't give you much of a review. I put in for skin care products but not this.

I am an extra large person, and the combined size does not fit as comfortably as it would if the extra large was by itself. They have a tendancy to tear because they are too tight. Because of this I have gone back to just the regular extra large depends, because they fit right. I also wish that they would come in larger packages then they do, so they would end up costing a little less.

I would highly recommend this product for everyday use without worrying about bladder leakage. I also really liked the fact that they resemble real underwear. Plus they come in a variety of colors.
