[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Depend Silhouette 4 in 1 Skinguard in medium and was actually quite pleased. They are very soft and comfortable, and feel more like cotton undies than an incontinence item. I did have a few heavy surges and was happily surprised to find them 100% absorbent and my clothing still clean and dry. I wore them every day for about two weeks and experienced no irritation. Overall, this is a wonderful product and I really want to give them 5 stars, but they seemed to be a bit droopy at the bottom of my bum and did not fit well underneath shorts or jeans. If possible, I may try them in a smaller size to see if I get a better fit.

Depends are a daily necessity, but find it so frustrating that you can’t buy boxes without black in them. The black aren’t the same quality as the other colours-fray/pill. Wish I could buy the size I need in the other colours. Also, just bought a box-showing 3 colours-box of 12, in which I received 6 black, 5 pink and 1 burgundy. Disappointing

Wear these daily. Several pairs have torn on the sides and at the waist when I pull them up so you have to pull them up slowly. Most days they catch all the urine, but on a few days, urine leaked out the sides or above the front part of the pad onto my pants. Overall comfortable and a better option than wearing multiple pads at once.

I have been a care taker of my elderly Mom for three years. ALL these products no matter who makes them cause bad skin irritation and fungus infections. You need to use a moisture barrier creme to help prevent these skin breakdowns that will cause you a trip to the doctor for years to come. It can also make ulcers in your skin. Also, you need to buy products with "breathable" material. If there is any plastic on your diaper, that will expedite the fungus infection. This is a known problem throughout the medical and nursing home communities. The FDA should require a warning label on all incontinence products.

She's a prideful woman that would never be caught dead in a diaper however she's at that age where she frequents the bathroom more often than she used to and sometimes has a little leakage on the way. She didn't mind these because they are more like underwear. She claims they are comfortable, attractive, and gives her the confidence she needs to leave the house. You can't even tell she has them on as they don't have the bulk other diapers have. They cost a little more than other brands but you get what you pay for I guess.

I think the biggest thing women worry about is will they be protected and if it is still discreet enough to wear out of the house. No one wants to have incontinence but it happens especially as we get older. Finding the right product can be hard. These will keep you protected so you can go out and enjoy life without have to worry about embarrassing accidents. Laughing and sneezing are a huge problem for me however these had my back and kept me feeling dry and confident. They are soft and thin enough no one will ever know you have them on and let’s face it that in itself is a game changer. I recommend giving them a try! I think you will find they are just what you need for that fun night out!
