Awesome!!!

I have light leakage due to a kidney condition and found most pads bulky and uncomfortable. I tried another brand, but it was bulkier and the scent bothered me. I love these! They are almost like my regular underwear and I can wear them under anything, even leggings! They also stay cool when exercising or in warm weather. Thanks for making these appeal to younger women, too. I'm only 41 and never thought of using incontinence products for my light leakage as I was embarrassed and thought they'd be like a 'pull up", but these exceeded my expectations! Thanks Depend!

Comfortable but unpleasant/unnatural smell

I had bronchitis and was experiencing spritzing when i coughed. I purchased Silhouettes prior to a trip (5hr flight). The Silhouettes are comfortable and discrete and virtually unnoticble under the tightest of jeans; the crotch area is a little bulky...I would give it 4 stars! I thought this would be a great option for use and dispose. HOWEVER the smell of the disposable underwear was unpleasantly strong, not unlike a baby diaper (urine and strange chemical odor). No Bueno! Subtract 3 stars. Next time I will go back to poise pantyliner or try an all natural product.

I would ask for a less bulky product.

I like the way Silhouette fits but It is too bulky for what I am looking for and to be completely comfortable wearing under clothes, especially pants. I would like to see just a little more room in the S/M. I have tried both but the L is way to big. But mainly, it is the bulky padding between my legs that really bothers me. I can't wear pads all the time as the edges of them irritate me but I need daily protection but not what is available in any of the underwear I have seen.

.Silhouette Briefs for Me

I was very hesitant on even trying them but my friend who uses them recommend I give them a try. They are so comfortable I am sold on these ones they are the best for me from what I have tried. My friend who recommended me trying them has been using adult diapers for years and tried many over the years. These are her favourite ones and she is always happy when she sees them on sale and even more so when she has a coupon to add to the sale. She has tried the new ones by Always and they do not match up to the comfort of Silhouette Briefs.

Comfortable yet discreet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical about using these, but I do like them. The silhouette is comfortable and fits well. It is very discreet. I felt like I was wearing my normal underwear. It didn't show with my shorts so no one could tell that I had them on underneath. I was pleased with the absorbent when I sneezed a had a small leakage. It also covered the urine odor from the leakage while I was wearing them. I will try some other colors since these work well.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At night I have leakage while I sleep and they definitely helped a lot. Now I don’t have to worry about accidentally wetting the bed. They are also very comfortable and I love it comes in different colors.

Feel Young, but Still Need Some Help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked these underwear. I am fairly young, but since having children, I have found that I have bladder leakage when I cough or sneeze. These are great to wear when I'm having cold symptoms to prevent accidents. They are thin and lightweight and I don't think anyone would know I'm wearing bladder protection underwear.

One suggestion regarding this product......

I am a caregiver for my mother (she's 90 yrs. young) and although the product is "comfortable" for her to wear, she has an issue with leakage protection. My mother has a renal problem with her kidneys and there are times when she will have to go to the bathroom more times than others. I had done some research and found out that Pampers (P&G) "got out of the adult diaper business a few years ago." According to them, "they are too cost worthy and adult diapers are for Seniors in nursing homes and the really bad disabled!" My mother is NOT the "really bad disabled" and she is NOT in a nursing home! My mother has gone through just about every adult type of pull up protective underwear you can think of. My consensus is this: Why doesn't someone make a pull up underwear that has a type of absorbent material that starts from bottom of the garment (the leg openings) and stops just at the bladder. I'm saying this because out of all of the products that I have bought for my mother, she still has a "leakage problem" overnight. My mother changes her underwear as she's suppose to, but because of the problem, I'm always washing her mattress covers and seat covers. At 90 yrs., I don't want to put her through having to "deal with some type of surgery!" I've been her caregiver for over 3 yrs. now and for her age, she's strong (both physically and emotionally) and there are a lot of things she can do for herself (she just can't take care of her home, nor can she drive anymore). I think if there would just be a company who would "step up to the plate" and put the extra "protective material" in their "pull up underwear," for not only seniors her age, but I'm sure that there are many other adults of different age groups who are dealing with this same issue. I don't think that companies who make "adult protective underwear" understand that when you wear them, you DO toss and turn in your bed over night! That "movement" can cause those "leg openings" TO open....that's when the "leaks" occur (probably WOULDN'T happen if there were extra material in the area that I had mentioned)!! (By the way, she has tried your new product...she liked the "feel of the material and the way it fit," but the she still had the leakage problem.) I know that there are many wonderful catalogs out there to "assist" people who maybe need heath aids or home help, but I just wish people would just take another look at our elder population and remember: MOST of us are going to be in that population one day and we really need someone to stand up for them!! I know that I will do that for my mom as long as I have a breath in my body!!

Tech in wearables needs to catch up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where are the undergarments similar to those for menstrual cycles that you can just wash and wear? Technology needs to catch up in the wearable protective undergarments venue. These traditional adult diaper like products are past their prime. It's time for the new-new, similar to period panties, no pads needed.
