Love the way they fit. They are SO comfortable. Best of all they do the job of catching and holding drips and leaks without any odot.

I would also like to see a deodorant element to these adult underwear. It would be nice also to see different colors. Pastels but maybe something that gives one a choice

I have been suffering from incontinence for awhile now and struggled with finding the right product. I asked and received a $2.00 coupon and purchased Silhouette ... the smartest thing I've done in a long time!!!!!!!!!!!! It is so important to have enough confidence to travel and sleep without having to worry about "leaks" ... not to mention, day to day activities, like exercising and walking. Thanks again .... The pad is built in so there is no moving around and it is super absorbant and I had zero leakage. I am very impressed with this product.

I have been using Silhouette Briefs for a little over a year, nearly every day. I bought a bag of the 'New Design" briefs yesterday and I do NOT like the modern rise. The former ones came up a little higher on my waist and I really preferred them. Are they still available?

I mean let's face it, noone WANTS to have to use a product like this, but as life goes, eventually it could happen to you as did it to me. SO, I was so happy to find this product made for me where I did not feel like I was a "old person" having to use a diaper. I love these and I am so happy you sent a sample where I could try these, as they convinced me of their usefullness. Now I can go to bed at night not worrying about ruining my mattress, and messing up my clothes. Thanks again.

The colors are pleasing not flashy. I would recommend this product to men if they needed it. Very comfortable.

Besides that you could barely tell you were wearing them they also didn't show thru pants like most do and they seemed to be very durable and they last all day probably could go two days if you wanted but I like to change daily. I will probably purchase again in the next size up
