[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These briefs are very absorbent and saved me many times from being embarrassed while out in public. I was on a medication that caused me to be incontinent (only I didn't realize it for over a year). I tried all kinds of pads but they did not absorb enough. I sent for a free sample kit which let me determine the best size for me. I wore them and was very excited when they absorbed excellent and yet could not be detected under my clothes (5 star rating). I would have given the 5 star rating overall but when I am not incontinent the plastic piece of material that seems to make a seam in the buttocks area makes me sweat. It's only a 1 inch, or smaller, piece of plastic but it sticks to me and I find it uncomfortable. I'm sure it's there for a reason but I wish it wasn't there. I still recommend it as it's the most absorbent product I have found.

She has tried so many different brands in the past several weeks and nothing would work but I’ll haft to say these do. I would definitely recommend this product to her friends and family members

I really relied on the Silhouette Pink. It fit well, was very protective and generally a reliable product. The new design is more brownish, looks dirty, fits looser and sags. As a result of the new product it also tend to leak around the loose legs. I am not real happy with this new design. Anyone else feel this way?

It held up to my urine leakage very well. I did not worry all day. Thank you very much for making this product. It is better than regular sanitary pads.
