I purchase the XL 48-64 in the waist and they insert a XL 38-50 waist. Come on people use common sense if we buy XL 48-64 do you seriously think your 38-50 is going to fit our fat ass? NOPE isn't going to happen. Use your brains. I don't mind the free sample but insert one that is the same size as the one I am purchasing. 38-50 is more like Large, make a bigger size and name it XL. You are showing you don't know your Big women very well as you so state in commercials.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used various brands of disposable undergarments and these are by far the best I have worn. Not only are they visually appealing and resemble actual underwear due to style and colors (peach and black) but they are as soft and comfortable as real panties are! They are very absorbent; I tend to have streams rather than ordinary leaks and I did not encounter any leakage while wearing them. Additionally, they did not bulk up when full. They slip only easily (back has a label to quickly detect the back) and did not tear; They provide full coverage of all the personal areas while still having a feminine appearance. They are very discrete under clothing; no panty lines nor bunching in the intimate area. Also, the material is breathable and thus I did not feel sweaty when wearing them. The only flaw was that they did not control odor. Otherwise, these are the perfect disposable underwear with maximum absorbency.

I felt like I was wearing my normal underwear. It didn't show with my shorts so no one could tell that I had them on underneath. I was pleased with the absorbent when I sneezed a had a small leakage. It also covered the urine odor from the leakage while I was wearing them. I will try some other colors since these work well.

I sometimes get a heavy flow and tend to leak from regular pads. I wasn’t sure what to expect from these but was surprised to feel how soft they were. They have a great amount of stretch to them and they feel more like underwear than I was expecting.

i love the feel and almost the fit of the silhouettes. definitely much lighter, quieter and softer on the skin. the protection it offers is unbeatable to me. i tried every brand out there. i only had two issues... 1) i do not have a 4" gap between my legs, i think the width through the middle could be skinnier and still have maximum protection.. then they would be comfortable and really fit like underwear! 2) the fabric rips very easily. i put my fingers through the sides many times i will say though after the initial rip they did not get any bigger. fingernails and fabric dont mix! lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked these underwear. I am fairly young, but since having children, I have found that I have bladder leakage when I cough or sneeze. These are great to wear when I'm having cold symptoms to prevent accidents. They are thin and lightweight and I don't think anyone would know I'm wearing bladder protection underwear.
