We mostly use it to mix dough. The recipes are great. I like that it has cake recipes as well.

This machine makes mighty fine bread. I usually just use a bread machine to make dough and then bake it in the oven, but I thought I would go through the whole process and I was very satisfied with the finished loaf. I like to use 70% hydration so my proportions are a little different for basic bread. 300 grams bread flour, 210 grams water, 1Tsp salted butter, 1 Tsp sugar and 5 grams rapid rise yeast. Makes perfect basic bread every time.I have read a lot of negative reviews about bread not turning out, baking bread is a formula with a little bit of lea way and really is quite simple. Take time to get a little knowledge of making bread and you will never have a failure.You want perfect bread use a scale, not cups or spoons.

I WAS DISAPPOINTED! NO RECEIPE BOOK INCLUDED. I HAVEN'T TRIED THE MACHINE YET BECAUSE OF THE RECEIPE BOOK NOT WITH IT. THAT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE.
