Don't stay connected

I purchased this end of April, did not use until now. It disconnect itself every 5 minutes, no joke. I have to turn in and off for it to reconnect to bluetooth. too much money for this

Speaker. Don't buy

Constantly shutting off, and there no way to stop it from doing it. We got this for parties and our wedding reception but we won't be able to use it due to it constantly shutting off while being used.

Junk

Constantly shuts off by itself when connected to bluetooth. Very, very annoying when listening to music. Unless they put out a new model or fixed this issue, DO NOT BUY!!!

Beware

Buyer beware…this speaker isn't all that. The esthetic is nice but isn't loud at all nor able to get local channels. Only works with usb or Bluetooth. Totally disappointed

In many cases, when user&#39;s come to us with issues about the volume of these speakers, it is because the source volume is not at the correct setting. Please be sure that not only the physical source&#39;s volume is at around 80%, but there is also a source volume control on the speaker, and if that is too low, turning the master volume knob all the way up will not provide much of an increase in volume. <br />To do so, press the Main Control Knob; <br />Turn this knob to adjust the main volume (overall output) of the loudspeaker. <br />Push this knob to select and make adjustments to the mic 1 volume, the mic 2 volume, source volume (radio, USB, SD, Bluetooth signal, and aux input),<br />Being 500W the speaker should be loud enough for most casual listening situations. <br /><br />As for the Radio, I am sorry to hear that you are not having luck. This unit has an internal radio antenna, so the placement of the speaker will be crucial in receiving a clear signal.<br /><br />If you are still having trouble, please reach out to us at www.ionaudio.com/support.

Waste of money.

Returned the first after it kept turning off randomly. Thought maybe I just I had a defective one. Until I got the second one and turned off after the first 20 minutes. I put it back in the box and returning it. I would not recommend it at all.

Not so good driver

The speaker is great. The delivery driver left it halfway up the driveway. Thank God my husband was home to see it being delivered. Otherwise someone could have taken it.

Keeps shutting off! DON'T BUY!

Keeps shutting off!! Did some research at learned there is an ECO mood that shuts off the speaker after 20 minutes. Changed my settings accordingly so it wouldn't shut off and it did nothing.
