It feels like nothing on my finger, the build quality is excellent, and the recovery/sleep data has genuinely helped me make better training decisions. The app feels smarter and more intuitive than most wearables, and the daily insights are actually actionable. If you care about recovery without wearing a bulky watch 24/7, this is a no-brainer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really very disappointed with the ring, it has many failures in both the battery and the bluetooth connections, do not waste time and money, buy directly another brand.

Have had it for about 2-3 months and it has been surprisingly accurate at tracking my sleep and cycle. Provides very insightful information on temperature and HR. Is very comfortable. Battery lasts a decent amount of time.
