The insight on my health has been so helpful and encouraging. The app lays out everything in an easy way to understand. The only frustration I have had is that the ring scratches pretty easily and doesn’t connect with natural cycles app. Other than that I have been completely satisfied!

I have had to switch from smart watches due to skin rash, loving the lightness of it and no skin issues! One downside is the loading time, for example steps they're not reflecting live on the app. Another thing I wish for if it's less bulky, and has nicer finishes.

The app provides A LOT of insights and does a good job of explaining why it’s important to health and wellbeing. I’m 4 months in and still learning and adapting my sleep, caffeine and exercise routine.

For anyone looking to purchase highly recommend, and fit wise make sure you can wear on multiple fingers to account for size fluctuation’s when it’s warm etc..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im mostly happy about the fact that i don’t have a monthly fee for insights, the sleep score and the fertility tracking. I do think the battery life could be longer, but the new feature that helps control battery usage has helped. I also am not the biggest fan of the newest insight called ultra age. It’s not very clear on what it tracks and kinda contradicts the other cardio/heart age insight. I wish the ultra age would give you better understanding of the factors and how to improve it. It also doesn’t pick up on the times i work out and i just figured out how to add them after. But i wish it would intuitively pick it up and ask “did you work out?” like it does for the nap.

The only slight issue I have is the battery life, i wish it was a bit longer. But overall, a great product that I have recommended to many of my friends.

I try and keep to my exercise regime during phase change periods and avoid caffeine and simulants during recommended periods. I can see results! Better sleep, improving VOMax2 and slowing ageing!
