There are actionable things I can do such as ending my caffeine intake before a certain time so it doesn't affect my sleep. I do wish it recognizes parent mode for those who have young kids because I can't sleep earlier. It doesn't track my afternoon naps sometimes.

I mostly use to track my sleep which has been really insightful and even helped me better my sleep hygiene. I had also felt that despite sleeping for 8+ hours a night, I was still waking up exhausted. The ring validated this very concern and reinforced that while sleeping for 8+ hours, a very small portion was actually restorative. Great purchase, no complaints so far!

However, my ring quit working today… I went thru all of the steps to “fix” it, & now I am in a “battery drain” that will take FOUR days. Frustrating!! I’ve only had the ring since March. I’ve had my Apple Watch for years with no issues!!! I hope the “drain” fixes the issue, but for someone who checks my data daily, I’m going to be lost without it.

It was great to see when I’m in deep sleep and or not getting much sleep at all. Even seeing recommendation on when to stop eating or getting the most out of the sun had been a great add to what it does. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Ultrahuman ring air for 2 months. It is great for getting insight into your sleep, stress, heart rate and a ton of other indicators. There is a lot to learn about so make sure you read how the indicator numbers are calculated and their different components. I like it so far. Battery runs for a week before needing recharging. It’s nice that you don’t need to take it off in the shower or working out.

As someone who is super active, it tracks everything I need and more. Not to mention it’s so fashionable and looks way better than wearing a smart watch. The ring is very intelligent in many ways and even detects when you take a nap, have a fever, etc. if you’re debating on buying it, I’d suggest you just pull the trigger :)

Prior to my purchase of the ring I was concerned about my sleep. How much of my tireness was due to my sleep. I felt that my sleep was causing me to be tired with no energy. I cannot attribute all my changes to the ring but with the focus on getting better sleep I feel much better. I am more energetic and more aware of what is going on around me now.
