Only thing is I wish it would be better at taking treadmill steps in to account for overall steps! But otherwise I love being able to track my sleep and movement. The app makes it really easy to navigate

The notifications are amazing and I've made so many changes over the last couple of months to positively impact my health and my sleep. Seeing the data in real-time is SO encouraging! Especially with sleep-being able to see how certain supplements or eating after dinner impact my sleep is so empowering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tattoo's everywhere, head to toe. Smart watches such as garmin etc dont work due to the ink reflecting the sensor. This changed everything, I get all the insights I've been missing and helping to make better health and life choices.

I bought my ring 3 months ago and the feature I use the most is tracking my sleep and temperature. Thanks to Ultraring I have better knowledge what affects my sleeping and I have been able to get much better night time rest. Feature that needs improving in my opinion is movement tracking.

Gaining insight into how my body functions—especially when it comes to sleep—has been incredibly valuable. My main reason for getting it was to improve my sleep, and the data has helped me make meaningful adjustments to my sleep hygiene and nightly routine.

I bought this about 7 months ago. The ring has does not sync with Apple mobile many times. The step count is faulty. Many a times steps shown are much more than actually walked. Even when you are in car, the steps are counted. Major issue is non syncing with Apple mobile
