[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love i'm able to track my sleep, stress and recovery. Its so light i barely felt its there. It kinda replaces my smartwatch. I said kinda because there is still some features that i hope it has but it doesnt. Example the find my phone features, and i do hope that it has a better ability of recognizing when i'm doing a workout.

Bought this a month ago and happy with how lightweight and non-distracting it is. I also am able to monitor health metrics while still wearing my traditional watches. I just hope that the activity/exercise tracking is more accurate so that it will serves as my sole fitness tracker.

It was great to see when I’m in deep sleep and or not getting much sleep at all. Even seeing recommendation on when to stop eating or getting the most out of the sun had been a great add to what it does. Some data are off my Garmin Fenix 7hr… so i dont know wich one is the right data. Also, i recently found out while looking at my history that i thought all my previous data was lost… but in fact there were in a dormant mode and i had to click on each single day one by one for 4 months to ses my results again

I also love the app, my favorite features are the sunlight tracker and the immunity load alert that lets me know when I'm getting sick. It's actually accurate, so I've been able to make adjustments to lessen the intensity of illness.

There are actionable things I can do such as ending my caffeine intake before a certain time so it doesn't affect my sleep. I do wish it recognizes parent mode for those who have young kids because I can't sleep earlier. It doesn't track my afternoon naps sometimes.
