We purchased this mattress about 6 months ago with box springs. The mattress was supposed to be firm and seemed fine for a while. Now it already has cupping where my husband and I lay. I DO NOT recommend this Serta UnPerfect Sleeper.

Sagging after 2 months

In mid April of 2025 we ordered the Serta Perfect Sleeper Delfino Nights Pillow Top Mattress in medium. It was great the first few weeks. I had high hopes. It has already started sagging and you hear creaks when you get up. We had a similar mattress to this also purchased from Sam's and used it for years. This has not held up at all. Completely disappointed, especially now that I realize we have had this only around 2 months.

Started out fine. Wanted a firm mattress and it was alot harder than I thought but I could live with it. However, it's been 6 months now and it started cupping in a the place where I sleep so I'm starting to feel like I'm caving in place. I love Serta products and the Serta perfect sleeper brands typically have lasted years but this particular one I've not had good success with. It won't keep me from buying Serta though.

Sagging is the future of this Matress

After 2 years, the Matress will sag in the middle making it uncomfortable. Will look for a matress with a pillow top on both sides so it can be flipped. Avoid serta.

it's been only a week but my anxiety is going up I can't move freely. i don't recommend anything that has memory foam. it's hard to explain, i purchased the medium its much more firm, then I expected, but yet it sinks in and then it makes it hard for you to turn while sleeping, Even the wake!!!
