We use a lot of cheese, so this is how I like to buy it and freeze it. I wish the price didn't go up so much but it is still cheaper than buying individual bags.

We love Colby and Monterey Jack cheese. Great for chili, casseroles, mac and cheese, etc. This size is perfect for our household. Pre-shredded makes the prep faster for our busy schedule.

I break this bag down into 5 quart sized ziplock bags and freeze them until I need them, and it works great. Good melting cheese with a mild flavor for use with just about anything!
