Nice Ride--Poor Wear

Bought my 2013 Lincoln MKZ new with Primacy MXM4 tires. Drove 33,000 miles mix of city highway with regular dealer service. Had to replace the set. The ride is nice but you just have to like to buy tires.

Michelin Primacy MXM4

The Michelin Primacy tire is everything I expect from a tire. It is the most comfortable riding tire I have had. The wear is perfect and is a great overall tire. Will buy Michelin brand again!

Excessive wear

Tires came new on my Tesla Model 3 and they rode great but like others have mentioned the tread is worn to the point of needing replacement after less than 20K miles.

Quiet ride, better handling and increase

These tires have improved the ride & handling in our vehicle beyond any expectations. In addition, the ride is quieter and softer and an added bonus of improved gas mileage. I highly recomend these tires for anyone that owns an SUV

All my cars in the last 20 years were re

My originally equipped tires for Lexus and BMW only ran little over 20,000 miles. Replacement Michelin tires last twice a long ; run quietly and smoothly.

Great ride, Less MPG

Bought these to replace OE on 2016 Corolla 1/15/2019. Transformed the ride completely; quieter, smoother, better handling. But MPG dropped considerably, from 36-38 to 33-35 MPG

Thank you Matt630 for providing the great feedback. New tires having full tread depth will have more grip and rolling resistance in comparison to worn tires. As the new tires wear, the rolling resistance decreases. Over the life of the tires, all things being equal, the fuel efficiency should improve.

Good tire performance however very poor tread life

These tires are OEM on our sedan. We only have 23K miles on them and they are rated at 55K miles. They are now in need of replacement nearing the end of their useful life. Very poor tread wear performance. Will not be purchases these again.

Treadwear reaches the bar at 18K

These are the original tires on my 2018 Tesla Model 3. After only 18K miles, rear tire tread depth is below 4mm now. Tesla service said both rear tires need to be replaced. Michelin warranty said 45K for this type of tire. This is very ridiculous.

Falls short of expected tired life

I purchased these for my Avalon in 2018. The tread is now down to 5/32" with only 20,000 miles. Completely unacceptable- especially when driving in snow. I will say that when they were new, the traction was excellent and road noise minimal.

We understand the Primacy MXM4 tires on your Avalon did not meet your expectation in terms of mileage. To initiate a warranty claim, please present your tires to the selling retailer for an inspection and have the dealer contact our office at 1-866-866-6605 with an inspection of the tires in question. .

I bought a new set for a 09 Honda accord. Great tire and quite. My car is know for road noise and it reduced it. the tires do well when the roads are wet. I will be getting another set after these.
