These pants have a stretch feel to them that make them very comfortable. They are slick and make a slight sound when the legs touch but not a problem for me. I haven't been in the rain yet but I'm sure they would repel water.

Girls get leggings. I get these Denali pants. Slightly stretch and oh so comfortable. My Dr even asked where I got them as I had to drop them for the exam.

I bought 10 pair. Lol. My husband is a construction Superintendent and he wears these everyday. He has done so for 3 yrs. They look so good. Just like the higher priced golf pants, that he saves a few pair for casual off days as well.

Have purchased these before. They look nice on and are comfortable for my husband who needs the stretch they offer due to a large hernia. Wash up nicely.

Tiny little zipper pocket makes it difficult to put my wallet into it. I wish it had 2 zipper pockets but there's only 1. Waistband wants to roll over. However, they are cheap and made of the right material to dry fast.

I originally bought these for hiking, but found them really comfortable for general wear. They fit my dad bod great, and the stretch avoids those tight pants points we all hate.

My husband loves these pants. They fit snugly and have just enough stretch to be comfortable . But be careful when ironing, Use a cool iron or you risk melting them,

These pants are good for summer outdoor work or hiking. The only down side is that they rustle as you walk. But they are durable and have a nice wide waistband. Very comfortable.

These are a hidden gem pair of tech pants. They stack up well against any pant that's 10 times the cost, including The North Face, Khul, Vuori, Patagonia and even ArcTeryx. Great stretch. Great weight. Great fit. 7 belt loops. What's not to love? Well, my only knock on them is the placement of the side pocket on the right leg. It's a little bit too far back, so it's almost on the rear of the leg, and if you keep your wallet in that pocket like I do and crouch down, often times you will have to move your wallet with your hand so that it doesn't poke you in the leg. If Sam's Club were to move that pocket slightly more towards the front, I would say this would almost be the perfect pair of tech pants on the market.

I purchased these pants for me for work. They are wonderfully light weight for the summer and I love all the pockets for my work. That these aren't being kept in stock is rather disheartening. I certainly hope they aren't being discontinued but it's not looking good that I'll be able to replace them soon.
