Farmer Cheese - a great addition to any diet

My wife and I have enjoyed Farmer Cheese from our local Sams Club for years. It is a mild, milky textured cheese that goes well with our (generally non-spicy) meals. Highly recommended.

Like Monterey Jack cheese

For those wondering this was good enough, I'm only giving it 3 stars because I'm not over the top with it, and most likely wouldn't buy it again. It tastes almost identical to Monterey Jack cheese, flavor wise and texture wise. It's rather expensive for what it is, it would be much less expensive to just buy Monterey Jack cheese in my opinion.
